The realization of each technology is inseparable from the support of power semiconductors, which is bound to bring about the growth of the demand for power semiconductors. On the other hand, affected by the mobile Internet and the Internet of things, the adjustment of the global integrated circuit industry is increasing. Internet of things devices need to be in the power supply mode at any time, and the new data collection and transmission links increase the power demand, creating additional growth space for power semiconductors. Finally, compared with other devices, Internet of things devices have higher requirements for high precision and low power. For the consideration of energy saving, it is necessary to install power semiconductor components such as load switch to realize the separate control of each power end, so as to reduce the power consumption of the equipment.
