Solution 1.

This power supply is the dc-dc, output voltage of the 3300w phase-shift full bridge architecture is the operating range voltage of the telecommunications level 54.5v or 48v battery charger (40-60v). The power supply input voltage of 360-420v, adopts Rongcheng 8 RTW65R041FD super junction as the whole bridge, and the working frequency of 100khz, secondary is the synchronous rectification output of the whole bridge, and the full load output efficiency reaches 98%. It can be used as a charging pile module design solution.

Solution II This power supply is 3300w using llc half bridge dc-dc, output voltage of 51.5v. The power supply input voltage of 360-420v, adopts Rongcheng 4 rtw65r041fd super junction as half bridge, the working frequency of 45-250khz, secondary is the full bridge synchronous rectification output, when the operating frequency is 70khz, the full load output efficiency reaches 98.16%. It can be used as a charging pile module design solution.

This power supply is 2000w with a phase-shifted full bridge dc-dc, output voltage of 45-56v. The power supply input voltage of 350-420v, adopts Rongcheng 4 RTW65r041FD super junctions as the whole bridge, and the working frequency of 100khz, secondary is the whole bridge synchronous rectification output, and the full load output efficiency reaches 96.6%. It can be used as a charging pile module design solution.
